Since 1994, John Scotland, of Liverpool, England, has operated continuously in an anointing of intoxication of joy and drunkenness in the Holy Spirit, which launched him and his wife Jean into itinerate ministry in 1997. He travels & ministers extensively in the United States & around the world, bringing joy, encouragement & spiritual refreshment to many. John is a living sign & wonder!
